Compare a playable version
A slot title alone is not a complete specification. Record provider, game version, rule link and any stated RTP. Then identify the minimum total stake. Two listings with the same artwork can differ in configuration, so use the information panel for the version actually being considered.
Start with understandable mechanics
Choose a game whose winning combinations and feature triggers you can explain in ordinary words. A large maximum multiplier does not explain its likelihood. Extra reels, animated cascades and frequent celebratory sounds should not replace an understanding of how much is being staked and how net results are calculated. For the basic terminology, start with slot rules and help screens before comparing individual titles.
Check whether the stake fits the limit
Suppose a fixed GHS 20 entertainment budget is being considered. At GHS 0.20 a round it covers at most 100 completely losing rounds; at GHS 2 it covers 10. This is an exposure illustration, not a forecast or recommendation to play either amount. A higher minimum stake can make a game unsuitable regardless of its RTP.
Inspect the phone experience
Open the help panel in portrait mode, check the stake controls and locate the close button. Labels should remain readable without precision taps. A game that fits the screen but hides rules or encourages accidental repeat taps has a practical usability problem. Do not judge it solely by a promotional screenshot.
Keep a small comparison sheet
Record mechanics, total stake, RTP configuration, volatility label if supplied, help readability and session controls. Avoid inventing a value when the provider does not disclose one. A comparison can show differences without declaring a universal winner or treating gambling as a source of income.
